Synopsis :   Assam, a land more famous for its problems of insurgency than its natural beauty, Is plagued by the United Liberation Front of Assam or ULFA which occupies the centre stage, apart from many other insurgent outfits which operate here, each having its own demands ranging from an autonomous area to a complete sovereign nation. Dark Circles attempts to be a visual analysis of this 'why' ,at the same time attempting to look at possible solutions.
